At Let's Go Compost, we lead with education, informing the public about composting's environmental significance and the diverse composting services available. Our vision is to create a sustainable world for tomorrow, and our programs are dismantling barriers, extending composting services to schools, businesses, and households, and fostering sustainable practices among communities.

K-12 Classroom Composting

Our K-12 STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) classroom composting program is designed to enrich the educational experience of students by integrating composting practices into the curriculum. Through this initiative, we aim to enhance environmental literacy, foster a deeper understanding of waste reduction and recycling, and inspire the next generation of environmentally conscious citizens. Free Compost Bins

We upcycle empty bulk ingredient bins into free, food-safe worm compost bins that are donated back to the community. We offer pick ups in Scottsdale, Arizona for our free compost bins. Composting worms (Red Wiggler) are not included and must be provided. Pick up dates vary and are posted on social media and via email. Click here to register for our email updates.

Annual Earth Day Booth

Our annual Earth Day booth each April celebrates the world of composting and its incredible potential to transform waste into nourishing soil, reducing our carbon footprint and fostering a healthier planet for generations to come. Scout Compost Program

In this four week program, Scouts will learn hands-on about composting through STEAM activities and community engagement to reduce their waste and help our planet. This program has tiered, grade-specific activities for grade levels K-12.

Mobile Seed Library

Our mobile seed library encourages home, school, and community gardeners to grow their own food and flowers, a meaningful segue into encouraging composting and waste mitigation in these places of impact. Public Outreach and Education

Composting is a viable way for individuals, businesses, and communities to contribute to climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts. Through our collective efforts, including our Learning Center and workshops, we can divert organic waste from landfills while empowering the public to foster a greener, healthier future for all.
